> HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders take about 2-4 working days to get processed and shipped. Based on the shipping method selected on checkout your order will arrive. We will send you tracking information as soon as item is shipped.
> WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We deliver to residences and business address within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
> HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated based on size and weight of the package. We also offer flat rate standard shipping based on weight on the package.
> WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
For all online orders via our website we accept all major credit/debit cards, apple pay and google pay. All payments are processed and secured by Shopify payments.
> WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
EXCEPTION: If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please email us at returns@theartsybox.com and we will be happy to replace the damaged item for you. you must return the damaged item within 15 days from receiving the item.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct and not missing any information. If packages get shipped back to us due to an invalid address - we are not responsible to pay to have it re-shipped to the correct address.
Once we ship a package, if the tracking information says it has been delivered, we, unfortunately, are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen. Please reach out to us through and we can try and help with the claims process with the shipping carrier.
Due to the nature of purchasing from mostly handmade shops, all of your products are subject to change based upon availability. If one of the products in our boxes or single item is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
> IF I CHANGE MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
> DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
We collect sales tax in accordance with the State of North Carolina.
